Palliser Park is situated on the shores of Lake Diefenbaker.  Diefenbaker lake is about 100 miles long and as deep as 250 feet.  It is fed by melting ice and snow from the mountains in Alberta so the water is cool and clean - none of the usual weeds and algae here!

The park has two unsupervised marked beach areas and the lake has miles of private beaches just a short boat ride away.
